Srinagar :The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday ordered the transfers and postings of three top IPS officers of ADGP rank. Significant among the three postings is the placement of top IPS officer R R Swain as ADGP Cid. An order issued from the Jammu and Kashmir Home Department reads as under:
1. Dr. B. Srinivas, IPS (JK: 1990), ADGP (CID), J&K, is transferred and posted as Commandant General, HG/CD/SDRF and shall also hold the charge of the post of Director Fire & Emergency Service, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, relieving Mr. V.K Singh, IPS of the additional charge of these posts.
2. R.R Swain, IPS (JK:1991), awaiting orders of posting in the Home Department, is posted as ADGP (CID), J&K, vice Dr. B. Srinivas.
3. Deepak Kumar, IPS (JK:1993), ADGP, Railways, J&K, is transferred and posted as MD, Police Housing Corporation and shall also hold the charge of the post of ADGP, Railways, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders. By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
